The CYRD team will work closely with young people to support, enable and equip them with the tools and resources to make informed decisions where not only their health and wellbeing is concerned, but also the health and wellbeing of their families and the community.
Engaging and collaborating with families and community members, the CYRD team will focus on reducing at-risk behaviour and enable young people to make informed decisions on their safety through mentoring and participating in ‘Yarning Circles’.
The Kurbingui CYRD Program provides services to individuals and families in the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay areas and offers a mix of supports that includes but is not limited to:


The Kurbingui CYRD team will work collaboratively with youths who have been identified as at-risk or high-risk to facilitate their positive connections to family, friends and the community to facilitate and encourage re-engagement with education, employment and productive social activities.
Young People aged between 10-14 or 15-17 who:
