The Community Youth Response Diversionary Program (CYRD) is a new program funded by the Department of Youth Justice in Queensland. The program is available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous young people who are making unsafe choices, are homeless or sleeping rough and may be at risk. The Kurbingui CYRD Team will provide support
to youths and their families, that is culturally safe, flexible and reflective of the community and family strengths.
